The reception space is the first place people will go when visiting your offices and you need to make sure that this is a welcoming and professional space. In order to do this there are a number of different things that you should consider. Here are our top tips for items that you should include in this space.

Seating – Reception Chairs are incredibly important as it allows your visitors to sit and wait in comfort for their meetings rather than aimlessly wandering around your reception space. You can Pick a reception chair that will work best in the space that you have available and customise this with some cushions that reflect your business or that have your business logo on them.

Refreshments – some of the best reception spaces have water, tea and coffee available from dispensers in their reception area. This allows either the receptionist or the visiting individual to get themselves a drink whilst they wait. If the receptionist takes on this responsibility it means that they are not away from the front desk for too long waiting for a kettle to boil.
